Broken Teeth : Electric (2007)
"Full of rocked up riffs and attitude that will conjure up memories of classic work from Rose Tattoo, McMaster and company tear through 12 smokin' tracks fueled with whiskey and guitars. There's a lot of substance here. Songs like "Roll Over" and "Hell For Sale" will get your toes tapping and your head bobbing with their thumping basslines and old school rock drumming. Jason McMaster, a shrieker who's style makes you envision that vain running up his neck constantly being on the verge of bursting. He does his patented wail, like "Bonfire" showcase this style, and it works extremely well.
PITRIFF RATING - 8/10 - Love it, period! More bands could learn from a band like Broken Teeth. There's absolutely no need in 2008 to try to find some new spin on the classic sound.
